Driving long screws into lumber or other materials can be a cumbersome process even with a standard power drill. Stripped screw heads can be frustrating and turn small jobs into major hassles.

Unlike a standard drill, the Grizzly PRO® Impact Driver combines rotating taps with higher rotational torque than standard drills, which helps drive the screw along without the tip slipping out of or stripping the head. Driving a long screw into a piece of lumber is quick and easy.

Not to be confused with a hammer drill, which delivers the tapping from behind to help drill through hard materials, the Impact driver spins the chuck in small bursts at high torque.

The Grizzly PRO® Impact Driver is small and compact, and because of the way the Impact driver applies rotational force, it is very easy on the hand and wrist. The brushless motor provides a higher torque per watt & weight ratio and longer equipment life with less maintenance.

Brushless motors use magnets to generate power, meaning they generate no (brush) friction, produce less heat and provide overall better performance. The motor is lighter, more efficient and more compact meaning the tool has a longer lifespan. The tool comes with a one-year warranty.

Like all Grizzly PRO® tools, the Grizzly PRO® Impact Driver is powered by a low profile and incredibly lightweight 2.0Ah Lithium-Ion battery for all-day performance. These batteries can be used on all the Grizzly PRO® hand power tools and are easily charged with a 2.4A Fast Charger.

This Grizzly PRO® 20V Brushless 1/4" Impact Driver is sold as a "tool only" but you can also buy it with a battery, a battery and charger, or two batteries and a charger. The tool is also included in the 2-Tool Drill kit with the Grizzly PRO® Hammer Drill and the Grizzly PRO® 11-Tool Master Kit.
